SHAFAQ CHAWLA
REALTOR | MARKETING SPECIALIST

Headshot2

Shafaq Chawla lives, works and loves the Silicon Valley for its energy, the diversity of its people and the area’s inspirational nature. Originally from Southern California, Shafaq has lived in the Bay Area since 2008 and currently resides in San Jose. The opportunity to help people make the right decisions with the biggest purchase of their lives, as well as a love of interior design, art and architecture led her into her real estate career. An excellent listener, strong negotiator, and tireless advocate for her clients, she ensures that her clients get the best deal in every transaction.

In today’s fast-paced real estate market, Shafaq understands the crucial role effective marketing strategies play in the success of selling a home.  What differentiates Shafaq is her ability to offer a unique two-fold expertise to her clientele: market knowledge and an award-winning marketing background. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and a double major in International Business, she brings more than 7 years of marketing, business, and real estate experience. A keen persistence, determination, and a certain je ne sais quoi about her, Shafaq’s approach is a genuine commitment to providing the highest level of service for each buyer and seller, while empowering and supporting them through every step of the process.

Shafaq decided to join EQ1 Real Estate because of their exceptional in-house marketing, an ever-expanding team of the area’s most accomplished real estate professionals, and a technological savviness that places EQ1 in a class above their competitors. EQ1 constantly strives to provide the highest level of real estate expertise, selling homes at record speeds and prices.

In her free time, Shafaq loves exploring the Bay Area — enjoying food, music, fashion, and travel. She and her husband love adventures and are certified scuba divers with a serious case of wanderlust.  Shafaq is also fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi
