The Village Square and Fiesta Lane townhome communities are nestled in a quiet neighborhood off of San Carlos,  built on the site of the former popular San Jose nightclub, Lou's Village. A site full of history, Lou’s Village was known for performances by notable musicians and comedians including Lucille Ball, the Mills Brothers, Scatman Crothers, and the Drifters!

After the nightclub closed down, SummerHill Homes built 95 beautiful modern townhomes in 2010 named Village Square to contribute to the modernization and revitalization of midtown San Jose.  Located in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy street noise of San Carlos, access to the townhome community is through a quiet street off of San Carlos called Muller Place. Built with nine different floor plans ranging between two and three bedroom layouts, Village Square also offers something a little different -- a few floorplans with ground level work space designed for a small businesses with street access.

Neighboring the Village Square community are the beautiful Fiesta Lane townhomes, built by Roem Builders between 2008 and 2010.  Inspired by walk-ups similar to chic Boston brownstones, the Fiesta Lane community was built on the site of the popular San Jose staple, Fiesta Lanes bowling alley. The community offers various modern floorplans ranging between two and four bedroom layouts, and is located in a quite complex away from the noise of San Carlos’ busy traffic.

Location, Location, Location!

Adjacent to the prestigious Rose Garden neighborhood and centrally located from everything that San Jose has to offer, Village Square and Fiesta Lane are a few walkable blocks away from Walgreens and Safeway. Residents of these communities enjoy the convenience of a short drive east to reach the San Jose Diridon Station, downtown San Jose, HP Pavilion, and San Jose State University and driving west to reach Santana Row and Westfield Valley Fair – the Silicon Valley’s most popular destinations for shopping and dining. With highways 87, 280, 101, and 880/17 just moments away, these communities have quick convenient access to the rest of the Bay Area.
